Pint pour at the brew pub. Pour was medium golden with a balanced hop and malt aroma. Flavors were again, balanced with slightly sweet malt finishing with a nice amount of bitterness and earthy hop flavors. Nice brew.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice hops nose and flavor. Malt mix was roasty with a light caramel flavor. This was a tasty brew. Great with a spicy pizza.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Lubiere (8239) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 18, 2011
A lightly hazed amber IPA with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet malt with faint floral hops. In mouth, a smooth sweet malt with lingering British hops, herbal, not bad. On tap at Humpy’s Oct. 9 2011.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 troyc (2014) - Oklahoma, USA - OCT 12, 2011
[Tap] Part of a sampler at the brewpub in early September. Pours a rich amber color with a copious amount of foam on top. Nose is of resinous pine sap and lesser amounts of grapefruit. Moderate bitterness throughout the taste. Some toasted bready notes in there for balance. Slight tea-like astringency finishes it out. Nice and hoppy overall.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 jgb9348 (3963) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - OCT 5, 2011
Slightly hazy copper coloured body with a very thin off-white head. Aroma of strong floral and piney hops and not much else. Medium-bodied; Great floral hops in the taste, with a nice malt and a caramel backbone with a hop dryness all-around. Aftertaste clean, but bitter - nice. Overall, a nice start to beer in Alaska (this was the first I had in the state) - very nice to sample. I sampled this pint on draught at Humpy’s in Anchorage, Alaska on 23-June-2010.
