September’s (2012) First Tap is strong enough for debonair mustachioed gumshoes, but specifically formulated for you! This India Pale is assertively hopped with high-alpha German Magnum hops, balanced with large amounts of Northwest Wheat Malt and orange peel, and fermented with our Wheat yeast for a clean dry finish. OG 1.058

Draft: Poured a clearing copper color with a off white head. Aroma is hops, citrus fruit, light malts. Taste is a gritty citrus hops full on with a soothing malt finish.

On tap @ Mooses Tooth. Clear golden amber with a dense white head. Aroma of citrus, herbal tea, cereal grain and wheat. Flavor is grainy malt with a fairly strong hop bitterness. Medium body with a dry, bitter finish. Pretty nice IPA, the Magnum hops aren’t my favorite for a single hop beer but it works well.
