COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Amber is color and sweetly floral on the nose, this big IPA is not to be disrespected. Named after the massive amount of Zeus and Apollo hops used to bitter it, the taste of this beer is a blend of hop bitterness and the sweetness that comes with that of a bigger beer. OG 1.083

On tap @ Mooses Tooth. Clear amber with a thick, creamy off white head and nice lacing. Aroma of pine resin, floral, caramel and some alcohol. Flavor is sweet caramel malt, medium bitterness and some alcohol heat. Medium body with a slightly syrupy mouth feel. This is a good IIPA from M-tooth, bit sweet but a really nice hop presence.
