COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This deep amber, American-style pale ale is brewed with five different barley malts, generous additions of Cascade and Centennial hops, and a unique strain of yeast. The British, German and American malts used provide a complex blend of caramel, biscuit, and nutty malt flavors. The hops provide a gentle, pleasant bitterness with an intense floral and citrus aroma. It is dry-hopped, unfiltered and unpasteurized. We hope you enjoy this fresh, local beer. Brew details: OG 1.064. FG 1.016. ABV 6.3%. SRM 9.6. IBU 34.7.

473can. pours a very nice rich copper colour. Aroma. one i can best describe as sweet citrus. Taste. very hard for me to explain accurately, but very bitter with some slight caramel and nut undertones. Overall. Quite a good beer, and another great example of an american pale ale.

16oz can. pours a dark clear amber with a medium beige head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt, fruity with some floral hops notes. Taste is sweet caramel malt, yeast, fruity mild citrus flavors. A medium body with moderate carbonation on the palate. Finish is sweet caramel malt, yeast, fruity mild hops bitterness. This brew seems to lean towards the sweet malty side with little hops. Overall an ok drinking brew.

Can. Dark amber red, fine head. Caramel, miso, pine, citrus nose. Old school. Dry but carmelly malt, so e stone fruit, pine, burnt edge. Decent. Old style. Decent enough.

I enjoy an APA with hops, citrus and good overall alcohol strength. The Bronx PA has those traits and good drinkability. It’s slightly sugary sweet but balanced with some bitterness. Medium body and sticky texture.

Copper color with a billowy white head that lasts forever. Mild hop aroma and a hint of nutty malt as well. Easy drinking beer but I would prefer it to be just a bit more crisp (that is, ditch the crystal malt). ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(can - 16 oz) Copper pour with a fluffy white head. Malty but very hoppy aroma. Some light caramel and grass notes under it. Flavor is hoppy and bitter at the start with a smooth and very lightly sweet caramel and biscuit malt note. Bitter and lingering aftertaste.

16oz can pours a clear, burnt ornage with some foamy, lasting white head. Nose has some sweet caramel, orange, malt, some soap, a little nutty. Flavor is sweet, lightly bitter, a little orange, some soap, malt, a little honey comb. Clean finish. A bit sweeter than other APAs, but still nice.

Picked up a can while visiting NYC. Pours red/amber with a thin beige head. Nose is malt, bread, hops; flavor is spicy malt, cocoa, bread, sweet malt. Crisp finish. Decent but nothing unique.
