This deep amber, American-style pale ale is brewed with five different barley malts, generous additions of Cascade and Centennial hops, and a unique strain of yeast. The British, German and American malts used provide a complex blend of caramel, biscuit, and nutty malt flavors. The hops provide a gentle, pleasant bitterness with an intense floral and citrus aroma. It is dry-hopped, unfiltered and unpasteurized. We hope you enjoy this fresh, local beer. Brew details: OG 1.064. FG 1.016. ABV 6.3%. SRM 9.6. IBU 34.7.

473can. pours a very nice rich copper colour. Aroma. one i can best describe as sweet citrus. Taste. very hard for me to explain accurately, but very bitter with some slight caramel and nut undertones. Overall. Quite a good beer, and another great example of an american pale ale.

Light citrus here and not much else besides a light malt backbone. Pours hazy amber with good lacing. Crisp finish. Tap at NY Beer Company.

16 ounce can. Amber orange color. Large rocky beige head. Pleasant toasted malt nose hints at walnuts and chalk. Bittersweet malt flavor has notes of baked bread and toasted nuts. Hops come through in finish with a floral and citrus burst. A decent pale ale.

From the 16 oz. can marked 2604-1627. Nice looking medium member pour, kind of mahogany, with a big lingering cream colored head. There is a vague roasted malt note on the nose but it tends to smell like cheap perfume. Medium body. .A slightly malty sweetness and perfume. Moderate bitterness.

Hazy deep Amber with foamy rimming lacy beige head; aroma of Turkish delight that is rose and sugar; malt caramel softly blended with woody hoppiness in the flava; feels medium and silky flat; finishes mildly bitter with tangy malt notes and wood

Can from jredmond. Started as a foamer, but the pour is clear, beautiful copper with a yellow beige foamy head. Aroma is floral and citrus. Near med body. Flavor is mild or not so mild? roasty malt with upfront citrus and following floral. Rather tasty; a bit off the standard APA path. Finishes less than dry.

Well balanced and tasty with a nice, tingly hop aroma and flavor. There is something almost peachy about the way it interacts with the sweetness in the malt. Pretty good stuff.

Draft at Biergarten, terminal C laguardia. Fresh fruity aroma. Very hazy dark amber. Sparse lace. A little bit of a different initial mouthfeel, but not off per se. Mildly to moderately hopped. Some dough in the finish. Very tasty and satisfying.

Dunkler, Geruch nach Himbeere und Brombeere. Im Geschmack ausgewogen restsüß. Mäßig bitter, aber schöne Blume.

Sehr fruchtiges Hopfenaroma. Geschmack erstaunlich malzig, süß und gleichzeitig bitter.
