From a plastic barrel at the Great British Beer Festival, Day 4 on 7 August 2010. Presumably KB stands for Kingston Black? But then it’s described as a blend so I’m not sure. Perhaps it’s a blend with a lot of Kingston Black? Perhaps not. No matter. Hazy gold in appearance. Some sulphur on the nose. Quite dry on the palate. Not much fruit. A little austere for my taste.

Cask Stillage at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 07/08/2010 Fruity aroma. Clear golden coloured fruity and a little sweet on the palate with a dry and slightly oaked flavoured finish.
