A Mes rate. Cask at the Southampton.Mid golden brown colour, no life in it. Woo hooooooo there is a lot of rum in here. Far too much for me. It’s just totally overpowering the obviously tasty dry cider underneath. Borderline undrinkable. Brook Farm can do much better than this. It really seems like neat rum has been added. It doesn’t seem like too long in the barrel as there is very little wood showing. Just far too much rum. I’m not gonna finish this. Sorry folks.
