COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We love all kinds of farmhouse ales. But the original farmhouse ales weren’t big beers - they were beers you could drink while working in the hot sun all day. Out 1/2 ale reaches back to that tradition - it’s a dry, hoppy, citrusy, and delicious saison all at 3.4% Alc. By Vol. In fact, you CAN have everything.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, flowers hops, yeast, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, citrus fruits, malt, and hay, leading to a bitter finish.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Very expressive herbal aroma, with dill, flowers, bubblegum, citrus and fresh cut grass. Dry, bitter and herbal flavour. You do sense the low ABV in a slightly watery aftertaste

Pale yellow, lovely foamy head. Light, obviously, but nice citrus, funk and dirt. A great session saison, well fitted to Swedish laws. Wonder why they don’t brew this in Sweden, as intimate Brooklyn and Carlsberg have become.

Bottle 330ml (from Stockholm)
Slightly hazy yellow color, decent white head. Citrusy, wild yeasty kind of funkyness - saison yeast, herbal touch too. Nice strong aroma. Light-bodied. Gooseberries, citrus and spicey yeasty notes in the flavor, fresh hops. Active carbonation. Nice package for being only 3.4 %.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Cloudy, pale straw colour. Film of white and a few bubbles for a head. Lovely lemon, sherbet, and vanilla on the nose. Some graininess too. Taste is light, lemon dry. A little tart. Light, airy palate, albeit with prickly carbonation. Finishes light dry, and light tart. Very nice.
