COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We love all kinds of farmhouse ales. But the original farmhouse ales weren’t big beers - they were beers you could drink while working in the hot sun all day. Our 1/2 ale reaches back to that tradition - it’s a dry, hoppy, citrusy, and delicious saison all at 3.4% Alc. By Vol. In fact, you CAN have everything.

12 ounce bottle - $1.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia. Appearance: Lightly hazed, straw-hued body with a frothed, white head and active effervescence. Smell: A light, skimpy pilsner maltiness, with the predominance of the nose made of the citrusy, herbal hops and the earthy, spicy accents from the yeast. Taste: A light, dry soda cracker-like pils maltiness rolls towards a rustic, grassy herbaceousness and lemony citrus quality as well as some tangerine. Medium bitterness. Peppery phenolics. Scant citrus, light minerality on the fairly dry finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-light lean-leaning body. Moderate, lively carbonation though fairly soft in texture. Overall: Very drinkable, quite refreshing
