Aroma of Belgian spices and yeast, bready, some citrus and bubblegum. Flavor were a nice mix if the same. I thought i had this years ago at gingerman, but I guess I never rated it. Pours a mostly clear with a slight protein chill haze which clears as it warmed. Nice fluffy tight pure whtie hea and good lace. Aroma is doughy fresh pils malt, light cracker and some cereal, with a nice lemony citrus hint formt he yeast- more belgian yeast with some coriander and lemongrass hints. More doughy yeas tand pils malts, with a refreshing hoppy earthy zing, light citrus, lots of yeasty phenols clove and some vanilla. Finsihes clean aand refreshing. Great belgain ale.
