| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Nov 13, 2007 12 Oz Bottle. Skunky, transparent pale malt aroma. Pours middle amber, with light haze and a rim of white head. Flavor is a predictably blah schmalz of underwhelming floor rot and dust. There’s some crisp sugar corners and refined yeast character in there somewhere but it gets buried by lackluster esters and an overly acidic hop dose. Finishes dry and bland. Another Brooklyn snorer. clingman71 (245), Centerville, Ohio, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 4/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Nov 11, 2007 Bottle. Pours a deep golden/light amber with a thick white head. Aroma of almost skunky/yeasty Eastern Eoropean style beers. Flavor was weak, with a certain grassiness. Maybe this was an old or bad bottle, I don’t know, but I won’t try again. UNDERWHELMING! Pours a pretty straight on amber with a nice, thick white head that lasts. Nose is pretty faint, some malts, a little hops. Flavor mimics nose, with a smooth, yet full flavored finish. Very nice english style pale ale. Radek Kliber (3942), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Crystal clear amber color. Malty nose. Light-medium carbonation and light-medium bodied. Flavor is malty with a sweet apple juice undercurrent - not much but not what I was expecting from a pale.
