Malty, light fruity flavour with light bitter and sour notes. Light to medium dry with a pretty light body. johnnydollar (35), greenville, South Carolina, USA Feb 9, 2007 yum yum. this pale ale is crisp and refreshing. strong hop flavor. i don’t know about the biscuit thing but an enjoyable english style pale none the less. wheninhell (485), louisville, Kentucky, USA Feb 8, 2007 pours clear dark golden with a nice white head. nice lacing. solid toasted biscuit aroma with nice nutty hoppy notes. fairly balanced flavor. nice buttery biscuit malt and bitter nutty hops. dry bitter hoppy finish. medium body. this one surprised me. i actually enjoyed it quite a bit. good session beer.
