Sep 28, 2006 Poured a muddy red-orange with almost no head, interesting from the bottle. Very slight earthy aroma. Bit on the watery side. Light grassy hoppiness with a sweet, citric bite, but really not much no it, unfortunately.

Sep 12, 2006 Bottled as Pennant Ale 55. Slightly hazy, orange-brown ale with a small off-white head. Fruits, caramel, yeast-notes and apples in the aroma. The flavor has fruityness, caramel, some hops and spicyness. Medium body and a fruity and hoppy finish. A really nice beer, hoppy and fruity, but it doesn’t stand out from the crowd. (060819)
