Jun 20, 2006 Beer is a clear, medium brown with a small, frothy, totally and quickly diminishing head. The aroma is malty with moderate toasted grain and caramel; Hoppy with light notes of herb and pine; Yeasty with a light note of dough and sharp cheese; Light miscellaneous notes of diacetyl and over-scrubbed stainless-steel pots. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, trace bitter with an average-length, moderately acidic, trace bitter, lightly sweet finish. The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is less-than lively.

Jun 12, 2006 A handsome, clear, dark amber with a smallish white head. Nose has some grassy hops, but it dominated by the buttered toast curse of diacetyl. Flavor is fairly unremarkable, slightly sweet, with a buttery finish, only a light bit of hop bitterness.

May 31, 2006 Copper coloured beer with a thin off white head. Slightly sweet, caramel aroma. Some orange and earthy/herbal hop aroma. Soft floral character and some light cherry and apple esters. Great malt structure, fresh toasted grain, bread crust and a very soft spicy hop flavour. Soft bitterness that fades leaving the lingering toasty sweetness slowly fading on the palate. A hint of chocolate. Light cherry and earthiness. Nice balanced brew. Another surprise from these guys.

May 28, 2006 Amber coloured, beige head. Malt is most present in aroma, some roastyness and vague hope notes is there too. Slight sour-ish flavour with hints of roasted malt and sweet chocolate. Dry mouthfeel.

May 24, 2006 Hazy amber body, thin off-white head. Nutty, biscuity, grassy nose. Grassy, herbal hops body with nutty notes and breads, light sweetness. Rather light body overall, but with a decent bite on the front of the tongue.

May 18, 2006 Amber colour with limited head. Aroma is fruity, with a hint of hops and caramel. Taste is quite mild, citric and with limited bitterness from hops.
