| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 31, 2008 A rich, brass-colored ale with a pleasant aroma. Nutty, bready taste - a little dry and sour too. Hops are a little sharp, but not too intense. Pretty well carbonated. It is nice to see a brew pay tribute to the great Brooklyn Dodgers teams of the 1950s. slimchill (788), Austin, Texas, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 31, 2003 Pours a deep, clear, reddish brown color with a small, lingering off-white head. It has a nice malty aroma typical of English pale ales. Medium bodied with low carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. The flavor is nicely malty with hints of caramel with a mild hoppiness appearing in the finish. Very smooth and tasty. Nicely balanced between the hops and malts. Good ale.
