COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn American Ale is brewed exclusively for Finland. It has more crystal malt than Summer Ale and is more heavily dry-hopped. The dry-hopping in Summer Ale is all Amarillo, while Brooklyn American Ale has a blend of Amarillo and Cascade.

Bottle from supermarket. Amber color, medium white head. Hoppy taste with citrus and some caramel. Good balance of hops and malts. Not a very special ale, but pricing & availability is excellent.

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2012 35,5 cl bottle @ Jack the Rooster
Aroma is fruity with some hay and peaches. Flavour is fruity, slightly sweet and stale with peaches and hints of hay. The hops are kind of stinging here. Decent stuff.

Not quite unique, still good "basic american ale". Not too expensive too. A bit too soft maybe.

355 ml bottle. Light amber body, almost no head. Light and sweet hoppy aroma. Quite watery mouthfeel. Taste has sweet grapes and some caramel. Drinkable but a bit too light in every aspect.

Pours hazy golden with a small head. Aroma dry hops, citrus. Low palate, lacks a certain punch that perhaps a hint of more alcohol would’ve provided.

Simply favorite; all-around beer. I’m a fan of ales, and the American style -hoppig is perfect
