3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
From a bottle. Poured a clear golden color with a white head that had great retention, some lace. Aroma certainly had pilsner malts to it. Some citrus hops and a almost minty note. The pilsner malts were certainly more delicate than usual caramel malts. It was still sweet, but had more of a lightly toasted bread flavor to it. Hops were all citrus. Not a big fan of citrus hops, but luckily it was not aggressively hopped. Somewhat dry in the finish. Very easy to drink and alcohol seemed well hidden.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I looked at the overall RB scores before picking up a 4-pack of this, but unfortunately I cannot agree with them after tasting it. The flavors were way too sweet. I felt like I was drinking a glass of sweet red wine. The hops lent a sour taste to the beer as well. I also tasted a bit too much alcohol flavor in the finish and aftertaste.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle: A nice pungent but not overpowering hop note in the aroma. Appearance is a golden pour with a slight hue of red intermixed with a big white head that lingers. Taste is a bit mellow for a double IPA, but it is nicely flavored and not overpowering at all. Palate is medium carbonation with a lingering aftertaste of hop textures. Overall, Pretty darn good Imperial IPA for that matter. Cheers!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours clear golden, off white thick head. Nose is bready earthy and some citrus hops. The hybrid aspect of the British hops and malts adding rusty, earth and mineral bets along with the pilsner malt dryness add an interesting balance to the citrus hop and bitterness of the west coast hops. Soft bodied and really drinkable. One of Brooklyn's finer offerings

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Nose is somewhat faint, a sweet and somewhat jammy-citric base with caramel; some Skittles character there, too. Pours transparent orange with avg carb and a soapy off-white head. Taste is lightly sweet, thin and watery body with very mildly herbal and earthy hops. Stronger thrust up the middle is clear pils malt. No tartness or tang, but man, not getting any bitterness, either; has the sweetness pressed it out of existence? Very light rind, very light lychee in the hop profile, faint candy. They’re right, though, this is indubitably strange, though probably without the redemption.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Picked up a 4 pack just b/c I wanted to try something new, didnt know what kind of beer it was. DIPA you say? awesome. sounds like a plan. poured into a large ommengang stemmed glass, head is full bodies, large at pour and simmers down to a fresh, tightly packed soapy foam that tanges in the glass as it mellows. Avergage lacing, some lingering on the glass. Aroma is mild orange, sour fruit, grapefruit, super ripe melon, and a hops and mineral glide. Taste is all over the place, at times the hop balance stamps the fact that Im drinking a dipa, but then a wave of fresh and clean english hops boune this one around almost like an english bitter, but then it finishes with the american hop blast and orange spectacular that follows. Juicy orange, then burnt orange, then candied orange melded with a bitter malt deterrent. Wow, theres alot going on here, but then the soft and pleasant kick of the bitter ipa revealtion sweeps in. Abv is an afterthought. This is very good on multiple levels. Drinkabilty is easy and refreshing, so watch out. A fine beer here.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Fairly clear orange with a bout a finger of off white head, big bubbles. Aromas of sweet orange, pine, some dankness, some earthiness. The flavor profile matches the nose well, little to no alcohol noticeable. A very nice beer from Brooklyn, one of their better ones in my opinion.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
So this beer is super interesting. Mellow beer to drink, so easy to have, but has a very "beer" taste at the end / aftertaste on the palate. Totally recommended to try and one I would even buy a six pack of. Almost drinks like an ale or strong beer, so definitely fall/winter is when to enjoy.

Draft pour into a pint glass. Pours a clear copper with a white head of foam. Aroma has notes of pine, herbs, and some citrus qualities. Taste is herbal bitterness throughout with a medium sweet finish. Medium bodied. Pretty did DIPA.
