Light amber color with yellowish foamy head, hoppy taste, mild carbonation, mild finish. A nice beer.

Draught at Milltown. Pours a clean soft gold with one finger of white head. Nose is intensely hoppy and resinous with notes of pine and citrus flesh upfront. Flavor is oily and resinous , grapefruit zest and some honey. Palate has a bite to it but the bitterness doesn’t stick around.

(Sample Date: 9/29/2010 Source:Mekong) Earthy hop nose with moderate carmelized sugars. Lightly cloudy golden with small white head. Resiny earthy hop flavor with medium caramel and hints of burnt sugar. Medium finish dries quickly. Fairly bitter with moderate residual bitterness.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Clear golden body with a diminishing white head. Strong fruity aroma, peaches, grapefruit and pine with malt. Flavor is mainly fruity and bitter on a nice malty background. The alcohol is well integrated and so goes for the rest of the flavors, a fine and well balanced IPA.

On tap at the Houston Flying Saucer. A clear and light gold-orange color with a small head and some small lacing. The nose is strongly tangy and citrusy with some sweet crystal malt. Flavor is heavy on the crystal malts; rich and a little bit spicy. Soft mandarin orange-like hops are present throughout and especially notable in the finish. A sweet beer, no doubt, but very drinkable.

10 oz. goblet at the Draught House- served a transparent light caramel/brown color, medium carbonation, white ring around the glass for a head. Aroma of hops by the tractor trailer load, consisting of pine and grapefruit. Hits the mouth with a light medium body, caramel malt is slightly restrained, mild hop wave in the middle, finish is slightly acidic and sweet at the same time. Sort of run of the mill for me.

on tap. Orange/amber pour with a cream head that dissipates to a ring fast. Huge fresh florals, very fruity, slight tingle of sweetness. Great palate, seems more like an apa with the thickness and how smooth it is, fresh sticky fruity hops and a great finish.

Nice hoppy aroma of course. Amber-gold in color with no head (poured from cask). A nicely balanced beer...cant read the rest of my notes haha, guess I have to have another! :)
