3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Chapel (418) - Levittown, New York, USA - SEP 6, 2010
Tap at the brewery. Fairly mild for a DIPA actually (to me). Hops are present in both floral and pine flavors. Not bad and rather harder to find than their EIPA.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 Jow (778) - New York, USA - AUG 23, 2010
On tap at the brewery. Its orangy coloration and is hoppy and bitter. You get floral and pine maybe some citrus. A decent dipa but is missing a little in flavor department.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 gvmdw7 (136) - Virginia, USA - AUG 11, 2010
I generally look down on Brooklyn Brewing as a mediocre company, but this DIPA is beyond most of the products they produce. The appearance is golden/orange; very light for a DIPA. The aroma is floral and pine, as any good IPA should be. The taste is primarily citrus. This is a solid DIPA and I would have it again.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 TaktikMTL (4133) - Montréal-Nord, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 11, 2010
(Rating #3130)
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 VTHopHead (1340) - Barre, Vermont, USA - AUG 1, 2010
Sampled at the 2010 VT Brewers Fest - Poured a nice orange-amber in color with a medium whitish head. Aroma was quite citrusy with some pine resin and a tiny hint of caramel malts. Flavor is all about the hops... citrus, primarily, but some pine resin too. None of the maltiness survived the hop flavors and bitterness. Not well balanced, but a tasty brew.
