Brooklyn Brown Ale

On tap at the brewery. Dark brown color, slight tan head. Sweet roasted nut aroma, slightly chocolatey. Thick, rich, smooth, and always an enjoyable beer for me.

Dark, redish brown with a large tan head. Malty and roasted tones. Chocolate, caramel and some coffee. Medium body with a nice bitter finish.

Bottle. Dark brown in colour with a large tan head. Pretty typical and kinda mild. Notes of malt, caramel, hops, nuts and chocolate. Not too interresting.

Not too shabby, but I like the Lager better. This was kind of what I expected it to taste like. That’s about the best description I can give it, and if you’re here, then you know what it tastes like already.

Draught: Pours dark brown, small white head. Caramel, toffee, and nuts all up front with a roasted finish and a touch of chocolate and a slight hop bitterness. It is what it is a brown ale and right on with the style.

Den smagsløse, Odense: Brown with a creamy white head. Malty caramel sweet & bready. Thin texture with metallic notes.Light hops appears in the end!

Medium brown pour with a thin head. nutty slighty chocolate flavor. to me this brew is just overcarbonated for the style. not bad but nothing to rave about

good for this style, a bitter-like after taste that is not unpleasant, reminds me of chocolate used for baking, hope to try some spring beers soon, just so bad out still have the wintry urge
