COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Brown Ale, made exclusively with American ingredients, won Bronze medals at the Great American Beer Festival in the Strong Ale Category in 1991 and in the American Brown Ale Category in 1992. Brooklyn Brown uses pale, crystal, chocolate, and black malts to attain a complex creamy texture. It is more heavily hopped than its British forbears.

Bottle. Clear amber colour with nice big, light brown, creamy head that stays ’till the end. Strong hoppy aroma, rather typical for IPA beers. It looks like mixing grapefruit with chocolate, nuts and caramel. Taste is sweet at first and than turns into a moderate bitter aftertaste with long finish duration.

Pours deep bronze amber from 12 oz with thin white head. Robust aroma of molasses, chocolate, rum/liqueur, nuts, and hint of banana. Fleeting sweetness followed by bubblegum and smooth bitter aftertaste. More than average carbonation with medium body. Beautiful aroma, average taste, good beer overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shinning cane molasses colour. Small and sparse head with some retention and lacing. Chocolate immediatelly pops in the nose. Loses strenght in the taste with a bit of hoppy character and some alchohol. Medium-light body with very little bitterness in the finish. Good carbonation.

Barwa ciemnej miedzi, brak piany. W smaku karmelowy, super klasyczny. Nisko wysycony, bardzo pijalny.
