750ml bottle. (This might have been Cuvée Elijah, I’m unsure, but they seem to be almost identical description wise?) Pours a dark brown, with a beige head. Spicy, woody aroma, dark malts, chocolate, Bourbon, vanilla, earth, caramel. Semi-sweet, full bodied, medium bitterness, balanced CO2. Spicy, quite burning (alcohol) taste, chocolate, candied sugar, wood, vanilla, caramel, phenols, earth. Very potent and complex, but a bit rough. (2012-06-13)

Bottle generously shared by the man Maltzilla at the pre-Huny tasting. Dark brown pour with a tan head. All kinds of bourbon with a hint of vanilla in the nose. Silky with bourbon, vanilla, oak, and chocolate notes. Medium in body.
