4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20 FaithHealer1 (330) - SCOTLAND - MAR 14, 2012
Bottle at North Bar, Leeds (Brooklyn and Nogne night). Aroma is stunning fruity funk - loads of juicy esters and yeast notes. Taste is truly brilliant, apricot, orange, some tart apples too. Like a 10% gueuze. Hint of sweetness, all the more remarkable as Gartett told us there was "no residual sugar". Dry sharp finish. This is utterly awesome.
