4 oz. sample at Ale Yeah! Light yellow pour, with a big, frothy, beige head. The aroma is lemons, hay, cereals, light barnyard funk, and honeysuckle. Very sweet flavor, with a little tartness. Light to medium body, bubbly and effervescent, and crisp, with a clean finish. Overall, this is a nice, refreshing, and flavorful beer.

Golden pour with a white head at Texas Brewvolution. The aroma and flavor have some biscuit and Belgian yeast notes up front with a hint of floral character. There is also a bit of bubblegum and some sweet, sugary notes in the flavor. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Draft. Deep golden body. Fizzy, white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, basement, mustiness, lemon, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture turning sticky, lively carbonation. Hot, alcoholic finish on top of sweet stickiness. Some tartness along with hint of cream soda flavor. Average.

Serving: Draft at Fire Works Leesburg. I’m always intrigued when Brooklyn comes out with these little gems, but rarely impressed. This one has a lot of bubble gum in the nose and a slight yeastiness. The flavor is full on Belgian yeast notes with graham crackers and a weird floral note on the back end. Slightly oily on the palate. All those unique additions? Didn’t come through for me. This is one mystery I won’t be trying to solve again.

Dark orange pour. White ringed head. Tastes and smells of caramel malt, graham crackers, English noble hops, yeast nutrient. Bananas, bubblegum, and sherry by swallow. Weird. Was $2 for the 4oz of liquid at the Grog yesterday evening.

Keg at the Tap East Second Anniversary Party - Stratford, London. Thanks to Kenneth for sharing. Pours clear, bright gold with a creamy white head. Nose is rife with pale bread, yeast, sugar, esters. Medium to big sweet flavor with notes of bubblegum, honey, sugary bread and dry lemon. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with flowers, honeysuckle and white bread. Nice offering. Decent.

Tap East Birthday Bash. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, no real head. Sweet malt with a little lactose and cream. Light sweet dried fruits. Definite Parma Violets which blend well with the smooth orange - tangerine hops. Whisper of spice. Light white flowers and a touch of sherbet candy. A touch of banane and bubblegum esters before the smooth finish. Complex, sweet and tasty.
