COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Dry Stout is a bold, reddish-black Irish-style stout, rich in color but low in alcohol and very drinkable. The dark colors results from brewing with roasted malts, lending Brooklyn Dry Stout a chocolate/coffee-like flavor with a bit of an espresso bite. The finish is dry and crisp and invites another pint.

Mild roasty and earthy aromas. Brown-black with red highlights and a moderately lingering khaki head. Dry and clean with flavors redolent of an iced Americano. Medium bodied with pleasant carbonation, that makes for a tremendously smooth beer, and subtle bitter, roasty flavors in the finish.

12oz, originally brought to share at rbwg because of its low rate count but never got the chance to share it (and with all that was opened, this would never have gotten more than an ounce poured out anyways) ... . deep brown .. mild foam .. . nice meaty roastiness .. . slick sweet mouth .. . a really nice beer .. . . hey alton, punch that asian in the face!

Brooklyn does a good job of explaining why thi sis labeled Dry. They are straightforward with the fact that this is supposed to be a session beer. This is a chocolate coffee stout that is not too offensive to people who do not drink stouts normally. The packaging makes it marketable during St. Patrick’s Weekend.

Nice and dark, I was amazed at the low alchohol content because the dryness fools you into thinking the beer has more punch than that. Really nice roasty flavour, chocolate flavour. Will definitely get it if I see it on tap.

Pours a very dark brown with a small, light brown head. Dry, with a roasty flavor. Strong coffee notes. Very flavorful.

Little bit of a disappointment. Reminds me a little bit of not-so-great Estonian Stouts. Aroma is very promissing and you can smell especially coffee and chocolate. Head is quite thin. The taste is the biggest problem. This would definitely need more hops to be a well balanced world class stout. Too juicy to my taste. First real disappointment from this brewery.

Bottle from Wegmans. Black pour with thick vanishing tan head. Smell is coffee and chocolate. Some roast and caramel maybe as well. Taste is dark but the light body takes control. Nice
