| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 29, 2007 Pours a light amber with an off white head. Decent hop aroma, pretty profound, a little bit piney, some grapefruit citrus, but not much. The taste is definitely balanced pretty well, somewhat floral hops, citrus, and a slight bitterness. A little bit of some sweet caramel is definitely noticeable as well. Nice session IPA. mhot55 (99), USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 29, 2007 Light copper color, strong carbonation, but lacks the normal IPA attributes. Tends to be balanced- no strong hop bitterness or citrus taste. All in all, pretty good beer, but i wouldn’t have thought it was an IPA if i was drinking it (would be suprised if it was a pale ale). For a beginner to IPA’s, not a bad starter. For those of you looking for traditional solid IPA, look elsewhere Speedle (262), Mid-Atlantic (Tour 2007-2008), Virginia, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 27, 2007 clear copper color with a white rocky head...sour aroma with some fruit....head disapated quickly with some lacing...fruity tasting with less bitter than I expected...more bitter in the finish...I like most of Brooklyns beers, but this is not an exeptional IPA..too sweet for me puboflyons (599), New Hampshire, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 22, 2007 From a 12 fl oz (US) bottle with an expiration date of Oct. ’07. Poured darker than I expected with a kind of bronze-copper tone. Very little head/lacing. Not an overpowering aroma but the flavor is extremely hoppy. Sort of felt creamy in my mouth. Give it a gold star! mgermani (864), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 19, 2007 Pours a slightly hazy gold with a egg-white head with nice lacing. Sweet & hoppy aroma - Goldings? Metallic taste - peppery hops & slight alcohol. Light honey sweetness in the malting with a lingering dry hoppy aftertaste. Very pleasant! Good carbonation, light in body but coats the throat well. Very good IPA. sersdf (1000), chicago, Illinois, USA
