Brooklyn East India Pale Ale

I had this slightly older bottle in my cellar. Best before March, 06. Poured orange/amber wth very little head. Smelled oh so hoppy, and a little bit citrusy. Bitter, piney taste with lively bubbles. Pretty good IPA for 6 months past prime.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foam with a frothy top fine to large sized white colored bubbles that were and left behind a transparent typically carbonated orange brown colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was mild hop and caramel malt. The crisp and clean mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of hops. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

Poured out a nice meium amber color, had an aroma of hops. Taste was of wonderful, hops, lots of malts and caramel. This was a very good IPA.

12oz bottle from Kmweaver (I think). No smell, small head, no lacing, light hop taste like your average, everyday APA. Nothing memorable about this beer.

12 oz bottle-pours a light tan head that laces with copper color. Aroma is medium citrus hops and malt-caramel. Taste follows with the hops bitterness coming through at the finish. OK carbonation. Light/medium body.

Bottle marked best before January 2007. Ivory small head that completely diminished, poor lacing, visible carbonation, transparent, and an orange hue. Nose was hoppy, caramel, piney, earthy, and citrus. Flavor malty, citrus, fruity, and a trifle bitter. Tingly mouthfeel. Light-medium body. Just so-so.

amber-orange color with large head upon pour, thins out considerably. Has a nice citrusy, pine aroma. Tastes just like it smells. Moderate carbonation and medium nodied. Had a slightly thin texture and finished bitter. I’m a fan.

Bottle. Golden orange colour with a nice head. Strong fruity aroma and flavour is malty and fruity. Great beer.
