3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice spin on a traditional beer. Smell of wheat and lime. Dark golden color like brass. Looked more like a Pilsner. Light and watery. Taste of wheat, corriander and citrus. Had a hint of sourness too.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – Served a very lightly hazed almost straw-yellow colored brew with a decent white head. The head fades over a moderate amount of time to give a nice level of lacing
Smell - The aroma is biggest of a wheaty and lime smell. Mixed with these are aromas of yeast as well as some other lighter citrus aromas.
Taste – Throughout the taste there is a decent wheaty and bready backbone, with which other flavors come and go upon. In the start there is a stronger presence of the wheat then is present later on. A lime citrus flavor quickly comes to the tongue, along with a yeasty flavor shortly following. As the flavor advances further there are the spice notes that were detected in the nose; some pepper. A hay like and grassy flavor come to the tongue at the end with the lime growing even stronger in taste which leave a rather pleasant wheaty, lightly spiced lime flavor on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the medium side with a carbonation level that is rather average as well. Both are good for the style and make for a drinkable and refreshing brew.
Overall – It is very drinkable and an interesting twist on a more classic style using lime instead of lemon. Worth a try and an interesting experience. Not one I would go to on occasion, but pretty nice overall.

Tap. Deep hazy golden. Thought they might have poured the wrong beer at first. Really unique. A bit of Indian spicing. Some mild hop bitterness. I dig the creativity here.

on tap @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Dirty golden blond color, 1" head that slowly drops to a cover, strands of lace. Taste is wheat and malt that quickly adds spices, especially coriander. It all moves smoothly through the palate to a lightly bittered finish, turning sweeter as it lingers. "Just another" Belgian Wit, but this one has good balance, good character, and is interesting to drink

S: Wheat, Hay, Mild Lime

Overall, a nice wheat beer with a decent yeasty, earthy taste to it...not much fruitiness to hide the grains.

On tap. Light haze on a golden pear body with a lasting disc of cream. Aroma is resin, and spicy citrus. Taste is upfront with spicy citrus and resin. Followed by spicy caramel, earthy vanilla and tropical bubblegum. Big resin and pith finish dries everything nicely. Light-medium body is smooth with average carbonation and finishes well to the dry side. Definitely too over-hopped to fit into the "classic" Wit mold, but another very tasty American-Belgian stylistic fusion nonetheless.
