COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Combining Canadian and American malts with a large proportion of un-malted white winter wheat, Fiat Lux starts with a Belgian witbier inspiration. A blend of Pacific Northwest hops, a little lime peel and a dash of Indian coriander brings a bright blast of citrusy aromatic sunshine, while German Perle hops supply a nice big zap of refreshing bitterness.

Sample at World of Beer. This brew pours a hazy golden color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of fruity yeast, spices and toasted malt. The finish is fruity with a peppery yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Dad's: pours clear citron with creamy bright white head. Nose of lemon, wheat, mint, German hops. A reasonable wheat/Saison esque beer that's drinkable. Decent ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
