Hazy blonde with a thin white head. Light coriander notes marries well with sweet honey malt. Decent blonde belgian with light corinader, curacao, but still nothing exceptional. Decent. At EBF 2006.

Draft... Hazy, straw-colored ale. The spicy nose is of orange peel, coriander and white bread. Well-balanced flavor with an odd taste of asparagus. Decent bitterness and lightly tart. Full-bodied and astringent with lively carbonation. Finishes spicy and dry.

Nice-looking cloudy yellow body with a frothy white head. Highly spiced - very highly spiced! Very smooth and easy to drink, and the alcohol is barely noticed. Strongly citrus and slightly sweet. Pretty decent.

Tap at Barcade - probably the most spicy belgian-style I’ve ever had (which is saying a lot) - the nose is all grass, coriander, grains of paradise, white pepper (it’s almost overwhelming) - the flavor is the same, but there is just enough lemon zest and mildly sweet malt to keep the spices from getting out of control - pretty nice beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 blatantdream (78) - New York, New York, USA - FEB 17, 2006
On tap at Gingerman NYC. Pretty nicely done. Pours kind of hazy with a fluffy head. Sweet malty flavors balanced by a light hoppiness. I taste different spices and fruit that actually remind me of similar spices that go in a blanche or saison style beer, maybe it’s the coriander? Very Belgian tasting with the nice flavor of the sugars coming through.

Just had this on tap at David Copperfield’s. Its a Brewmasters Reserve and it tastes of complex fruit, sugar sweetness and is delightful.
