Sampled courtesy of weeare138 (Mike has it on tap at his house!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of bananas, fruity, cloves, light wheat and some lemons. Tastes of lighter bananas, stronger lemons, and some wheat. Light alcohol finish. Light lacing left on the glass.

Draft... Hazy, straw-colored ale. The spicy nose is of orange peel, coriander and white bread. Well-balanced flavor with an odd taste of asparagus. Decent bitterness and lightly tart. Full-bodied and astringent with lively carbonation. Finishes spicy and dry.

Draught, Avery Strong Ale Fest 2006. Head is mostly diminishing. Body is hazy light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (herbs), with notes of clove and lemon zest. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Pretty easy going and simple, but plesasant.
