Tap at Dallas Gman. Pours a light brown color with a canvas colored creamy head. Notes of caramel corn, oak, cereal grains, and karo syrup. Didn’t like.

(Draught at Dallas Ginger Man) Deep ruby-brown pour with very creamy lacing on the glass. Nose of peat, plastic, and toasty caramel. Taste of mild peat, toasty caramel, coconut, sweet but balanced. Creamy body and medium to light carbonation. Easy to drink. Dark fruits emerge as it warms.
