12 oz bottle from Premier Gourment, consumed in a hotel room in Fredonia, NY. Deep gold with reddish ruddy hints, fluffy lasting head...biscuity malt and light herbs in the nose...fresh grassy character in the body, some orangy sweetness, biting dry late hoppiness, very full.

Amber-brown with a tan head. Sweet smelling, hoppy, citrusy. Taste is slighgtly malty, with some hop character as well... in fact, lotsa citrusy hop character towards the finish. Nice.

Aroma of hops and some malt, dark amber, small custard head. Malt flavour with some hops afterward. Medium bodied, bitter aftertaste, seems like a Pale Ale? A nice beerm doesn’t fit the style.

Looks, smells, and tastes like a lager should. Amber color with a light white head, the nose is malty, with a bit of yeast. Body is solid, with malt flavor giving way to a crisp, slighly bitter finish. I had this right after a bottle of Victory Lager, and this easily crushed Victory’s offering.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear, pale amber-brown body with a good head. There’s a slight tingle in the nose. The flavor has a slightly bready malt. This is extremely drinkable and actually not a bad beer by any stretch. I actually preferred this over the disapointing Pilsner.

One of the best lagers I’ve tryed. Has a real good malt, something like cornflakes is in the aroma and flavor. Nice large white head.

Bottle - thanks to slob. Wow, this is a lager? Pours nice amber with a small white head that diminishes mostly and leaves some lacing. Aroma is more pale ale-ish, sweet maltiness and plentiful hops. Flavor is rich and full, lots of toasty, slightly fruity malts and bouquet of tart, citrus and herby hops. Light to medium body and gentle, creamy carbonation. Very nice beer!

On Tummits tap At Summitt’s Wayside Taven during the Brooklyn Brewing Tasting...Nice full body for a Lager...Plenty of caramel malts to this one...Lcking a bit in some hop characters but maybe not for the style...Definite session brew
