Pours amber. Forms a medium, surprisingly thick head for a white, with a very high lce. Aroma is orange, cedar and pizza sauce (!), with some malt as well. Taste is a bit caramelish, sweet, mildly hoppy, and no more pizza sauce. Great!

Beer Culture: Have been listening the Brooklyn Brewery audiobook, really interesting, a must read for anyone thinking of opening a brewery or any business. After trying Brookly Lager it´s clear why they succeeded. Food Pairing: Beeg in Balsamic sauce.
4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20 Entrepreneur (3) - New York, USA - SEP 23, 2010 does not count
Pours clear amber with a frothy head. Aroma is fairly malty and rich with a hint of hops. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, with a light bitter finish. Fairly sweet. I was really quite surprised at the quality and taste of this beer. I ordered it on tap having known nothing about the Brooklyn Brewery, but it has quickly turned into my favorite local brewery. Overall, this is the best Vienna I have tasted thus far.

Pours an amber colour with a medium-sized lacy head. Rich aroma of aromatic hops, citrus and malts. The taste is medium sweet with a strong malty body. Notes of pine needles, malts and citrus. Medium bodied, lively carbonation. Tasty lager.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 westincosta (30) - Belo Horizonte, BRAZIL - SEP 15, 2010
For the eyes: light amber looking; large, frothy, white, lasting head; cloudy body; fair lacing. For the nose: toasted malts with caramel notes; perfume hops tending to citrus; alcohol is present. For the mouth: slick body; bitter finish. For the tongue: bitterness annoys a little, but the flavor seems to get better with time. For me: a lager surprise for me... too amber; too strong; too bitter.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 tommann (1224) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - SEP 9, 2010
355ml bottle. Pours a dark amber with a large head. Aroma is pithy orange, slight hint of pine. Taste is orange to start with a slighty piney, low bitter finish. A bit watery, but overall a good beer.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Spelt (206) - East Kingston, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 7, 2010
Nice bready malt aroma with just hint of noble hops. Nice white head atop amber beer. Taste is towards sweet. Carmel and very, very light diacetyl present. Very light floral hop flavor. Seems to have a little bit of a fruity character. Enjoyable beer.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Die_Kapusta (190) - Malmö, SWEDEN - SEP 7, 2010
UPDATED: OCT 18, 2010 Bright amber pour. White head. Aroma is malty and fruity with caramel and pine. Taste is sweet but balanced, fruity with some roasted notes, sirup and pine. Quite nice hoppiness for a mainstream beer. Not very complex but a solid beer, especially for a lager.
