May 22, 2009 Spicy, estery complex Belgian Tripple-like aroma. Grassy (in a good way) light hay, mild apples, pears, and pepper all exquisitely balanced. Bracing finish with blast of delicate bitterness. Absolutely masterful, as near to perfection as can be.

May 19, 2009 Bottle at KBH Festival, 2009. POurs a hazy golden with an egg white head. Hay, yeast, orange, spice and hops. Dry and crisp. Full bodied. Fine and enjoyable.

Light slightly hazy with white head.
Tripple-ish with lots of yeast and very creamy. Slightly sweet and alcohol is well integrated.
