Nov 8, 2009 Bottled 750ml. -Cloudy orange/yellow coloured, medium to big white head, spicy fruity nose. Lively carbonation. Very fruity (orange and apricot), yeasty and spicy (mainly coriander) with notes of vanilla. Alcohol is discreet, just mild touch in the finish. Typical, decent and enjoyable BSA.

Nov 7, 2009 Hazy blond coloured beer with small white head and few carbonation. Hoppy fruity aroma. Full palate bit wattery. Finish is bit yeasty hoppy ending bitter.

Nov 2, 2009 0.75l - Looked the part, gold color shown brightly, nice head. Smelled the part, yeast, hops and malt. Palate was missing something, that sour, berry fruit hit Belgian signature.

Poured a hazy golden body with a thick huge, very thick white head that went away quite slowly. Fine, typically Belgian nose, bubblegu, agrumes, dust... quite nice, and the same goes for the taste. It’s a nice fruity Belgian ale with the typical spicy lightly agrumey notes on a fine sweet chewy maltiness. Very light hoppy bitterness. Some carroty notes near the end detract a little. No real alcohol in my opinion. A good Belgian strong.

Oct 23, 2009 Poured a hazy murky yellow with massive white head. Smelled of hops and yeast. Tasted of cinnamon, coffee and bitter chocolate. Alcohol isn’t apparent. Easy to drink.

Oct 20, 2009 Bottle at the Bloomington Beer Festival. Poured a slightly hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma had a nice orange rind aroma with undertones of sweet yeast and even a bit of tartness. Flavor had nice yeasty and grainy notes with an undertone of citrus. A slight metallic taste was underlying.

Oct 12, 2009 Pours a hazy blonde with a huge head and some lace. The aroma is spicy with some orange and yeasty notes with some lemon rind. The flavor is spicy and mildly hoppy, generally dry with some fruity yeast notes. Tasty.
