Cloudy golden. Yeasty banana aroma. Sweet and medium bodied. Surprisingly slender. Soft and juicy with orange, bread and paper as well as coriander. Aroma of fruit, yeast and coriander. Medium body, lightly sweet malts and fruit. Some yeastiness leads to a dry finish. Quite fresh. 110507 Oakes (6529), Miami Beach, Canada May 25, 2007 Bottle obtained in trade from malto...sorry...wish I could say Brewery Creek has this Hazy golden colour. Not much head. Assertive barny, dusty yeast aroma with hints of pear. Duvellish pear notes throughout, with about the same alcohol kick, but quite a bit more dusty yeast character and the malts aren’t as refined. sk8viking (5995), Copenhagen, Denmark May 20, 2007 Bottle.
