3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle obtained in trade from malto...sorry...wish I could say Brewery Creek has this
Hazy golden colour. Not much head. Assertive barny, dusty yeast aroma with hints of pear. Duvellish pear notes throughout, with about the same alcohol kick, but quite a bit more dusty yeast character and the malts arenít as refined.

KÝbenhavnske ōldage 07. Warm golden with an aroma that has notes of coriander, fruit and caramel. The flavour has sweetness, caramel, fruit, coriander and a hint of yeast. The finish is very long and the body nice and full. Itís a very nice "American Belgian", and I prefer this one to a Belgian! 2088

750 ml bottle, corked & caged from Wine Specialist. Hazy gold color with a decent white head. Floral and dark, sugary aromas. Perhaps a touch of yeast spice. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is a bit sweet, with a little citrus and a bunch of herb or veg with yeast. Maybe even a hint of chocolate. Finishes rather dry after the liquid goes away. Really pretty good stuff, and there are fruit and spice notes I canít easily identify. Excellent drink.
