COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In Williamsburg, Brooklyn, we forge barley malt and hops from Germany, aromatic raw sugar from Mauritius and yeast from Belgium into our latest beer, Brooklyn Local 1. Behind the full golden color you'll find an alluring aroma, a dynamic complex of flavors. Belgian flair, Brooklyn fortitude and a dusting of our special yeast. To create this beer, we use the old technique of 100% bottle re-fermentation, a practice now rare even in Europe. It gives this beer a palate of unusual depth. Enjoy it locally or globally, as an aperitif or with your favorite dishes. It is particularly nice with spicy seafood and with fine cheeses.

I bought this beer at at a local craft beer store. I was unfamiliar with this name ,but i liked the bottle and label. To my surprise, the beer was light ,fruity, and had a pale haze to it. I did enjoy it and would buy it again. Price $10 for a large size bottle.

Compared to Fin du Monde and that kinda shit, it’s a pretty good value. i.e., it was 10 bucks as opposed to like 14. but it’s not quite as good. so whether tis nobler to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them. Good night, sweet B.

750ml bottle poured into tulip. Pours a cloudy yellow with thick frothy white head. Floral yeasty aroma. Tastes like honey, fresh bread/yeasty, light boozy aftertaste. Delicious, and not too cloying.

Pours a nice golden color. Thin white head, and champagne-like carbonation. Aroma is citrus and spice, grapefruit maybe. Palate is light and fizzy, but the flavors don’t lack because of it, if anything the palate makes me want to drink more to be able to accurately describe what just danced over my tongue. at 9% and in a 750 mL bottle, shouldn’t have more than one though.

Bomber bottle at the Quarry House in Silver Spring, MD. It took a while to appreciate the flavors; I’d just had a cheeseburger and a pint of Dogfish 90 minute IPA. It got more flavorful as the other tastes faded.

Though it has no impact on the beer, I love the bottle design on this one. Pours a hazy gold with an enduring white head. Sweet smell of aromatic hop and Belgian-yeast-induced spiciness. Crisp flavor; lightly sweet with a citrusy hop presence that is nicely complimented by corriander and strong spice notes. Clean finish that begs to be chased with another sip. Definitely a fan of this one.

Direct from Capone’s in Norristown to my deck. Good flavor, not too carbonated and the right amout of funk.

Poured a hazy murky yellow with massive white head. Smelled of hops and yeast. Tasted of cinnamon, coffee and bitter chocolate. Alcohol isn’t apparent. Easy to drink.
