| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 1/5 | 13/20 | Dec 9, 2009 Nice beer with sweetness and caramel, I think it can be drunk all year round, whether it’s cold or hot. Therefore it is an Oktober beer. The color is great as a second autumn sunset. hayduke (1692), Eureka, California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 1, 2009 Courtesy of Joe McPhee this poured a rich amber color and raised a medium sized tan head and light lacing. The nose is a mildly roasted malt and some floral hops. The body is medium and smooth. The flavor is caramel malts and those floral hips is good balance. This is an excellent Märzen and would go good with potatoes and bratwurst.
