Oct 5, 2008 Poured a pale golden color with a creamy white head. Citrusy aromas along with some hops. Flavor is similar, mainly hoppy. Nice palate. Crisp and refreshing without being too light.

Oct 5, 2008 On tap at the KSBF ’08 as Brooklyn Pennant Ale ’55. Hazy gold body with a small head. Nose of citrus. Fairly bland caramel flavor with a hint of soapiness. Nothing special.

Brooklyn Pennant Ale is a clear amber color with a small head in relation to the large amount of carbonation. The aroma and flavor are clean with high notes of caramel. The malty base gives this ale a smooth finish which leads to a very drinkable beer.
This is a great beer ot drink when others are pounding american macros.

Sep 20, 2008 Bottle. Pours amber with an off white head. Sweet caramel malt aroma with a bit of hops. The flavor has biscuity and caramel malt and earthy hops. Not bad.

Sep 20, 2008 Pours a gold/amber with a thin white head. Well balanced, and a decent amount of hops. Nice little bit of bitterness. Solid beer.
