COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Pilsner is a refreshing golden lager beer, brewed in the style favored by New York’s pre-Prohibition brewers. In the 1840’s, the pilsner style emerged from central Europe to become the world’s most popular style of beer. Like its ancesters, Brooklyn Pilsner is traditionally brewed from the finest European two-row barley malts. German-grown Perle and Hallertauer hops provide a crisp, snappy bitterness and fresh, floral aroma. We ferment Brooklyn Pilsner at cool temperatures and then give it a long, gentle maturation (lagering), which results in a beer of superior complexity and smoothness.

Not a bad brew but nothing overly exciting about it. A bit thin and watery for my preferences but would not be a bad choice for the cookout or fish fry. Not very heavy so it won’t weigh you down if you decide to enjoy a few.

hazy yellow, respectable white head, lots of lace. nose of corny grain. taste is corny grain, but a pleasantly bitter hop note is also present. i think the corniness subsides a lot as the beer warms to become quite a nice pils with a fun hoppiness. medium bodied, light bitter finish. quite an endearing pils once you warm to it.

Hazy yellow with a white head. Strong herbal saaz hop aroma. Light honey malt finishes dry with herbal and citrus hop finish. Good American pilsener.

At a tasting, 7 years old bottle, thanks beerandbeyond, pours orange pinkish with nohead or carbonation, aroma of alcohol, fruit soup, malt and some caramel, flavor of cherries, bread and light acidity, watery, should taste again

Boa Pilsen. Coloração laranja, bonita. Espuma neve, de boa formação, sempre presente. Lúpulo aromático no cheiro, traços de malte. Bem lupulada, frescor. Retrogosto amargo. Frutada e de boa drincabilidade.

Bright pale golden in color, with a medium head. Crisp and refreshing with medium bitterness. Not the best pils I’ve had but certainly not the worst, either!

Pours pale straw, not much head. Aroma and flavour is principally the grassy hops, as it should be. Pilsner malts are quiet. Crisp, drinkable, etc.

bottle... murky dark straw, ugly hue to it, the head is off white, a bit watery but some ok lace... boring nose, mostly sweet with a bit of bitterness, at least its not skunky... an equally boring taste, very watery, water with a bit of sugar in it, the finish has some nice floral hops but too little too late... this is an intro beer for bmc’s, not worth wasting your time on
