Pours a clear pale yellow with a huge white head...nice lacing and retention. Aroma has grass and straw. Flavor has nice grass and spice balanced with grain and cereal...faint soapiness. Mouthfeel is full and the finish is dry and grassy/bitter.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz bottle...straw pour with an off-white head...nothing fancy here...a simple pilsner...a decent easy going pilsner...average in all ways...a smidge of lacing...its a little sour at first, but that lessens as it warms up

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
This smells and looks fine. Te flavor is light and crisp, but the best part of this beer is the finish, which is crisp, dry and some hops. Very nice.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cadeau ramené de NY. Blonde claire, effervescence moyenne, petite mousse tombe rapidement. Malts caramel présents suivis par une gentille amertume, un peu sèche. Une bonne pils, sans plus!

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Not bad, part of the Brooklyn brewery tradition, but kinda soft. Not so graspy as most Pilsners but quite refreshing.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Crisp, clean, floral and spicy hop flavours. The pour is a bland golden colour with a sprizty carbonation and a thick two finger head. The nose is mild but well balanced with grassy and spiced hops notes as well as hitn of toasted bread. Sweet, grainy flavours with a nice hop forward flavour. Overall a great pils.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Part of a mixer 12-pack, gotta love those mixers!
Great looking, monster head that lasted and eventually settled to about a quarter inch of dense white foam, leaving super sticky lacing all over the glass,
Aroma is grainy, with a touch of hoppiness. Typically pilsner.
Flavor is nice, it’s lightly sweet but bitterness is a bit stronger, a nice hoppiness and a strong grainy malt backbone. Flavorful by pilsner standards, but quite on the money.
Seems almost medium bodied, not at all watery, yet still refreshing, leaving a lingering hop bitterness.
Overall it’s quite tasty. If I could find it regularly I’d buy it regularly.
