COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Bottle.

#2800. Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy but durable white head. Clear aroma of flowers, citrus, fruit, and hops, with touches of malt. Dusty and bitter, hoppy onset, with well-pronounced notes of flowers and fruit and a citric twist. Hints of malt. Bitter and floral aftertaste. Low carbonation. A nice, refreshing beer, just for a hot evening like this one -)

Holy cheeseness! Blue cheese, grass and small hint of grapefruit in the aroma. Estery, peppery, dry. All things you would want in a big saison like this. Feels a bit like dupont on steroids. A bit over the top but very good nonetheless.

Pours a gorgeous honey color with champagne head. Magnificent. Very dry and champagne like. Aromas of Belgian candy and pink grapefruit. Flavors are bitter grapefruit and seamless hop bitterness with enough Belgian candy to keep it honest. This is really good.

Bottle from Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Hazy, straw colour. Thin, sticky, white head. Yeasty, bready fustiness. Lemon rind. A bit cheesy. Taste is dry and spicy, with a little, chewy sweetness. Fairly full, sticky palate. Long, dry finish, with a little tartness. All over the shop, really.

Appearance was clear yellow gold with creamy white lasting 2 finger head, spotty lacing. Aromas are lemon, slight wheat ,pils malt with hints of estery yeasts. Taste are soft sweet malt backbone with lemon, lime hop then doughy bready fruity yeast. Palate was smooth fizzy CO2 with light-medium body, then a balanced beautiful mix of citrus and malt finish. A wonderful saison, try it.
