Brookly tasting at cardinal.Pours a cloudy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of pineapple, florals, light horseblanket, tangerine, lemon, and clove. Taste of pineapple, grass, pepper. A very nice farmhouse.

On tap at Taco Mac. Pours mostly cloudy pale gold. Lots of active carbonation which lasts and lasts. Plenty of lacing. Belgian yeast and light citrus are present in the aroma. The taste has a definite beginning, middle and end - starting with a clean lemon flavor, shifting in to some soapiness and finishing off with spicy bitterness with a dry finish. Decent beer, but there are other saisons I’d rather drink.

An excellent Saison, perhaps the best American version of its style (Ommegang Hennepin is also great). If you love the Saison style, this is a can’t-miss beer, inferior probably only to the best of Dupont. Highly recommended.

Very hazy golden copper pour. Course white head w/ lots of lacing. Lots of bright lemon and spice. Pick up quite a bit of wheat malt. Flavor is very similar. Tastes like a sorachi whet smash. Alright.

UPDATED: APR 29, 2013 På ølsmaking med Garrett Oliver. Lys ravfarve med hvitt fint skum. Tydelig aroma av Sorachi Ace-humlen, dill og fuktig enoki-sopp. Godt humlet i munnen med samme smak. Skjuler alkoholen godt. Tørr og frisk. Veldig spennende og unik saison. (Den Gode Nabo, 28.04.13)

750 ml pours a bright yellow with large white head. Banana and pepper aroma. Very bubbly lemon citrus taste.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy straw yellow. Citrus, floral, yeast nose. Taste of orange, slightly bitter, dry. Medium mouth feel.

750ml bottle from Archive Beer Boutique. Lively in the glass when poured with a big cloud of soft white foam that settles quickly. Hazy apricot colour with zesty fruit aromas, prunes and raisins. Great flavour with a big lively fruitiness and a musty earthy finish.

Bottle.Blonde and slightly cloudy.Medium head and sweet with a bitter finish.Quite complex but very easy to drink. Classy and distinctive.
