Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Pours light yellow with thin white lacing. Unique aroma, spicy, citric, eucalyptus, wine-like. Reminds me rotten oranges. Taste is light sour. Quite exotic beer.

Hazy/cloudy pale yellow color, relatively small white head. Malty sweet aroma, citrus, spices. Taste is malty, spicy (coriander), citrus, oranges, coconut. Medium body, average carbonation. Maybe slightly acidic towards finish. Interesting.

Bottle O.33l. Hazy pale yellow color. Medium body and carbonation. Bitterish, could taste something like coriander, some sourness like vinegar. Some herbs in aftertaste, hay. Long finish. Interesting.

Probably one of the best American saisons in my opinion. This one is super dry, almost champagne dry. Sweet peppery aroma with big lemon and bread. Lots of bread in this one and theres also a big clove character. Taste is super dry, crackery with tons of lemon, bready sweetness and a sharp peppery spice. This is an excellent saison, and one of the better ones in my opinion. I like the dryness it’s almost like white wine almost champagne dry. It’s super refreshing. You can easily pick out the flavors in the beer which is awesome. I highly recommend this. It was the perfect post homebrew beer. Cheers!

35 cl bottle. Light yellw color, cloudy, big candid white head, funky smell. Aroma is spicy, yeasty, cheese and lemon/lemon zest. Medium body, heavy carbonation, extra dry finish. Can’t feel alcohol at all. Sharp saison.

Gold colored beer with a small white head, medium carbonation. Tastes like fruit and lots of vanilla, small hoppy bitters, mint, little citrus and banana.

Aroma of sweet and cool mint hops with slight dry-bitter weed-marijuana on the end. Slight hazy, mostly clear gold with streams of bubbles, bug white head, beautiful lace, full 5 on appearance. Tastes very refreshing, cool mint with nice fresh malt and slight marijuana dankness, very nice. Palate is very crisp, light, fizzy, but not watery, almost 5. Overall, wow, this beer hits most the points i look for when drinking a saison, this may be my new standard beerer for the saison style.

Tap. Hazy deep gold ombre to straw yellow. Nice foam on pour. Spotty lacing. Mild weed nose. Full body of very dominant lemon zest, mellow weed, mellow grass, mild funk. Well camouflaged ABV
