Bottle pour after my sister’s boyfriend showed up with this at my house. I think that "bright" is a good word to describe this one.

Pours hazy gold with a fluffy white head that stuck around. Lots of carbonation, more then other Saisons. Aroma is earthy, citrus, funky and floral. Taste is some funk with a dry bittersweetness. Medium bodied with lively mouth feel and dry finish. Very good.

UPDATED: APR 15, 2013 Dark Yellow/Gold Color with a mild haze but gets cloudier the more you pour. Aroma consists of Yeasts, Lemon Zest, Spice, Floral Hops, Barley, and Malts. Flavor has Pils-Malt notes upfront followed by floral hops, lemon zest, cracked pepper notes afterwards. Finishes with a dry bittersweet pils-malt aftertaste. Body is light along with the carbonation, giving it a nice crisp feel. Smooth flavor and body make this very easy to recommend.

Good citrus and breast nose. Flavor follows suit. Nice carbonation level and really good hop profile. Would be amazing on a hot summer day

Pours pale amber with a large, white head.
Nose shows lemon custard along with softer dill and spicy hops. Pretty tempting.
More lemon and dill as flavours along with soft bready malt and saison spicy notes.
Carbonation is very high, but it works well.

Bottle. Pours a hazy lemon gold with a large white head. Aroma has some honey, yeast, farmhouse style spice. Slight creaminess. Lively in the mouth yet soft. Taste has some honey sweetness, vanilla, creamy, herbal note in there. Lovely stuff. I had this on draft at a bar just down from the brewery in brookyn and I think I enjoyed it more though.

Draft at Jerry’s. Yellow with big, foamy, white head, fine legs / Elegant nose of citrus, straw, biscuit, spice / Medium body, somewhat fat, dry and astringent, lots of bitterness on finish / Flavors of passion fruit, orange peel, lemon, straw, coriander / Excessive bitterness detracts from this otherwise well put together ale.

Draft at Funky Buddha in South Florida. Snifter. Pours a nice hazy yellow with a thick white head. Lacing heavy throughout. The aroma was fruity with banana, spices, lemon and bread. The taste was full of flavor including lemons, bread, lavender, and cloves. The mouth was yeasty with some carbonation and a slight bitter finish. Very good saison and I love the Sorachi Hop.

My first experience with sorachi hop. Very interesting beer . Important and intensive . Flavor fruity , lemon , spice and a lot of hop. Evident high fermetation with complex aromqs of yeast. Full body. I don’t like specially because the bitterness is too dry and aggressive. I will wait to drink again.

750ml->SA. Slightly cloudy gold with huge frothy white head. Aroma: herby hops, yeast, citrus. Taste: lemon, citrus hops, herbs. Crisp. Pretty good, not great.
