COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Bottle shared at Cafe Sara, july 9th 2013. Hazy golden, whte head. Aroma is grassy, sweet caramel, fruit, and a very light hint of yeast. Taste is flowery, lemon, clove, marzipan. Nice and dry, thogh in my opinion this did not live up to its hype.

Pours light gold, big white head. Nose is lemon, dill (couldn’t place it at first but once you find it you can’t drop it), slightly grassy. Flavour is spicy, lemon. Really nice, I think I’m a fan of the Sorachi hops.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has nice floral hops...touches of grass and light citrus. Flavor follows suit...very floral...fresh grass and mild tropical fruit...refreshing. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with a slightly grapefruity/tangerine and grass finish that lingers to bitter citrus rind. Great finish.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Kvadrat. Pours hazy golden with a big creamy white head. Spicy hoppy aroma, some citrus and wood as well. Dry with fizzy/lively carbonation, suits this one very well, traces of fresh grapes, spicy citrus, lingering dry end, a very good beer.
