COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Pours light, hazy golden with a huge white head and a little lace. Aroma is a little funky, hops, champagne, wheat and yeast. Lots of yeast, carbonation, malts and some unique hops.

Pours light, bright gold with big white head. Aroma is clove, spice and yeast. Big, bready Belgian aroma without the tasts. Flavor is fruity, tropical with just enough sweet maltiness to balance it out and a slightly dry mild hop bitterness. I am impressed, and saison’s continue to grow on me lately. Nice warm weather beer that pairs well with summer food.

Bottle pours cloudy golden/orange with a large white head. Aroma is funky, like a dirty wet dog, with wheat, yeast, clove, and coriander. Taste is sweet with fruits and spice, yeasty barnyard funk, something in the taste is like licking a dirty metal tractor. Not bad but a few things I find really off putting here.

Bottle shared, and poured, by atom. Hazy golden straw yellow color with a huge white head (thanks asshole!). Aroma is bubble gum, orange, coriander, and maybe a hint of lemon. Taste has a touch of lemon, orange, wheat sweetness, some spice, and a grassy crisp finish. Lighter bodied, and easy to drink. Really solid saison, with a slight twist with the use of the sorachi ace hops. Great summer time drink.

(Bottle) The aroma comes up aces dominated by the Sorachi hop with floral qualities. A thick fluffy-white head covers the cloudy orange-gold complexion. The flavor is a less traditional Saison style, with unique Sorachi hops, lemon peal, Belgian malts and some spices. Mouthfeel is sharp from natural carbonation in bottle conditioning. Keg_Juggler made a good bet in this gamble to make up some ground up in pursuit of the Weiss Cup.

Great golden cloudy body with a big white foamy head. Great strong hoppyaroma that’s a bit sweet. The taste has wheat and very enjoyable. This is one I can have a few of.

Slighlty clovey spicey and earthy in taste reminds me of fresh swiss chard from grandmas garden. Overall awesome.

Courtesy of BDR. Cloudy orange color with a large, rocky head. Slight spicy aroma and quite yeasty. Complex, yet nondistinct flavor. Some spiciness and bitterness. Dried orange peel. Very, very light lemon. Fairly yeasty.
