Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

My first experience with sorachi hop. Very interesting beer . Important and intensive . Flavor fruity , lemon , spice and a lot of hop. Evident high fermetation with complex aromqs of yeast. Full body. I don’t like specially because the bitterness is too dry and aggressive. I will wait to drink again.

750ml bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy with fine sediment and a white, two finger head. Aroma has nice, farmhouse notes with bubblegum, candy sugar, and Belgian yeast. Taste is refreshing and balanced. Farmhouse, citrus, candy sugar, and a short finish. Medium body with a high carbonation. Clean in the mouth with an effervescent carbonation. Overall better than I was expecting with this hop. The Belgian yeast works really well.

Sorachi dominates both aroma and flavor with its strong lemongrass/light fruitiness. It’s well made and showcases the hop well however the hops clash with the yeast.

L’arôme déborde de mandarines. Le corps est bien vivant, bien pétillant. C’est une bière plutôt "straightforward", sans grande surprises, mais qui se boit extrêmement bien. C’est raffraichissant à souhait!

Cloudy straw yellow pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is light fruit hops. Taste is fruity, dry. Soft mouth feel. No aftertaste but a cleansed palette. Nice lacing. Alc well hidden by the flavors.

Arômes de levures saison et de citron. Le Sorachi donne un bon goût tropical doux comme les bananes, melon d’eau et citron. Un peu acidulé mais reste tout de même une très bonne bière.
