COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

I drank this flat out of a recorked bottle....so I am being gentle on it. Banana flavored. Sorachi hops are delicious.

Great saison. Has a bright, lemon zest to it that compliments as opposed to distracts from that classic saison taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Profumo intenso. In bocca si presenta secca, quasi aspra. Al retrogusto emergono l’alcool e le note dolci. Il tutto è dominato dal particolare aroma del luppolo sorachi.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grass, farmyard, herbs, citrus and some mild earthyness. Flavour is fruity, grassy, floral and some mild herbal notes.

The sorachi isn’t doing a whole lot for me here. Pours clear golden with good lacing and head. Fizzy carbonation. Light taste of bretta, some farmy funk. Finishes with light bretta sour. On tap at St. Augustine’s.

Draft at Khyber Pass. Hazy orange amber pour. Big lacey white head. Earthy floral. Lemongrass. Lychee. Clementine. Sage. Artichoke. Daisies. Slight barnyard funk. Wet grass. Medium body. Fuzzy pepper edges. Almost feels like a bit of menthol in the finish.

Draft. Cloudy pale orange with a good creamy white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is lemon zest, dry white wine, green peppercorns. Creamy mouthfeel, nicely balanced on the palate - starts with a little fruity sweetness, followed by some peppery spiciness and pleasant dry finish. Taste is lemon rind, peppercorns, grape skins, hint of green olive. Delicious.

Pours a hazy golden color with a frothy white head and lots of lace. Aroma yeast, sweet passion fruits, pineapple and floral notes. Taste is yeast, earthiness, sweet passion fruits and a nice gentle spicy bitterness on the finish. Excellent saison making use of the sorachi ace hop.

Pours a clear golden yellow on tap with solid white head and good lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus esters, wheat, and a hint of spice. Taste follows, much more citrus sweetness and a hint less spice. Solid, but not very funky, better saison out there.

Pours an orange hazy color with a frothy white head. Nose is fruity with lemon and mild yeast. Taste is refreshing, with a citrus taste, and drinks like a bottle of champagne. Finiishes nicely on the citrus yeasty notes. Nice Saison. quaff score 8 / 10

Pours a golden yellow with a white head and aroma of lemon and citrus. Taste is of spices, lemons, citrus, clove, coriander and yeast with a nice, long spicy finish. Paired well with some crab cakes, great saison
