COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Poured into a tulip glass. Cloudy straw color with a finger and half of white head. Just wonderful looking. The smell is a super mix of malt candy and grapefruit and sharp lemon zest. Sharp bitterness from beginning to end; strong lemon and little lime. Thereís a malt backbone there, but barely. Itís like drinking a cloud. Itís light and fluffy texture, medium carbonation. Incredible. An amazing drink, sipping on heaven.

Lightly colored, just ok scent with a hint of malt and no hops. Flavor was very yeasty with not as much hop flavor as the description. Not quite the beer I was looking for

From LCBO. Very pale yellow with lively white head that lingered. Lemon and straw aroma. Flavours of lemon and straw with a mild hop bite. Quite nice.

Barnyard funk with grapefruit aroma. Taste is hay and strong grape fruit. Slight sulfur on the aftertaste. Color is hazy yellow with a constant stream of carbonation from the bottom.

Thereís a slight hint of lemon, and a bit of spiciness in the aroma, it pours a hazy straw with very large amounts of carbonation and a fluffy white head. The lemon notes come through a bit more in the flavor, with a strange aftertaste along with it. The spice notes are there as well, and it is exceptionally dry. Iím not sure that the Sorachi Ace is a hop that works well with the rest of the Saison notes. Itís not bad, but Iíve had better.

Poured from a large bottle into a snifter glass to sample. The beer had a pretty cloudy straw-gold color with a very large creamy-foamy white head with very good retention, cling, and lacing. Its aroma featured grapefruit, citrus, and straw notes with some grain and lemon. It had sweet and bitter taste, with lemon zest, citrus, and a light grain and straw undertone. The body was fairly well carbonated with a dry, thinner mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy pale gold, with 1 finger of foam. Very grassy and herbal aroma, slight funkiness from the yeast. Medium bodied with a grassy taste and a hint of lemon. Excellent

On tap in a tall tulip. Fine white head. Clings to the glass all the way. Straw yellow with a slight haze. Big tart lemon rind in the nose. Great dry first bite across the palate. Not sure if its the Sorachi, bit thereís a fun funk through the middle. Crisp finish. Great beer!

W aromacie cytrusy, trawa cytrynowa. Barwa złota, mętny, kiepska piana. W smaku podobnie jak w aromacie. Cytrus, trawa cytrynowa. Mocno nasycony, aż szczypie w ustach. Bardzo ciekawy saison.

Hazy pale yellow brew. Light and quite fizzy, refreshing, yeasty and with a dry finish. The hops are a bit thin, as are the spices. It is what it is, a pretty good hot summer day brew.
