Cloudy blond color; medium sized head. The aroma is fruity and very refreshing, playing on tropical fruits and a dash of citrus fruits (bergamot...); also a light touch of rose water. Highly carbonated and smooth, the Saison flavor is pleasant, mild, without a too strong character, and it allows to the noble hop to mark its presence, with similar remarks as for the aroma. Extremely balanced, refreshing, and very pleasant.
