COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Aroma is average malt (straw, bread, hay, meal), heavy hops (citrus), and average esters (fruity) with notes of key lime and barnyard. Flavor is average malt (straw, bread, hay, meal), heavy hops (citrus), and average esters (fruity) with notes of key lime and barnyard. Light body, low warmth and creaminess, high carbonation and a dry and biting finish. Very nice ale! Sorachi Ace hops are excellent.

From JW77. Man a really hoppy aroma and a nvery nice pale gold beer lead to a flavor that is quite unexpected. It smells like a hop bomb but instead is a nice smooth malty and bit funky beer. I really enjoyed it. Very cool

Served on draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a vazy orange-lemon color with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Big citrusy aroma with lots of bread and some stone fruits and caramel. Taste is peach, citrus, banana, bread and lots of earthy and herbal notes with a faintly metallic finish. Softly carbonated, fairly dry and medium bodied.

Draft… Cloudy, straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Great retention. Perfumey, spicy scents of pear, clove and rye. Light to medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Crisp, spicy, dry flavor. Perfectly balanced. The finish is spicy and bone-dry. Not really my thing, but very refreshing, drinkable and interesting.
