COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Capped growler from JW77 trade. Thanks, this was a great beer to enjoy poolside in the dessert. Lots of sharp tart yeast, with a dry grassy bitterness. Nice light lemony hints, with pepper and clove/ginger. Bright carbonation, with a medium thick mouthfeel as it warmed, but taste was still a light bitter smack. Good all-around brew.

On tap at Taco Mac. Light straw color, with a medium, rocky, off-white head and good lacing. Great aroma of honeysuckle, resin, lemon zest, coriander, and some pollen and floral funk. Sweet up front, with a nice, pretty aggressive bitterness through the finish. Medium body, lively, and a little astringent. Overall, this is a very hoppy saison, but it is not lacking in the farmhouse appeal. Nicely balanced and very delicious.

Bottled 0,75L. Hazy dark yellow/orange color, much bubbly and crisp aspect, optimal head of long resistance. Pleasant aged flavour, notes of cellar, aged white grapes, stum, cask; a little spiced too. Much prickly taste, very lively with a good alcoholic body, round and solid taste with a predominated aged notes and a spiced sour final of long resistance.

Split a 750 ml bottle amongst friends. Poured a hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was malt, plenty of spice and light zest notes. Flavor has notes of tropical fruits, spice, light malt character. Enjoyable brew, surprised I hadn’t had this one yet.

tap at the brewery. very fruity, but since i’m not really a saison fan, it was good enough for me to finish it and even give a fair rating.

Pours golden with dense fluffy head. Earthy floral nose a bit of malt sweetness... nice aroma. Real bright spritzy flavor, light, clean, finishing with an earthy flavor. Finish is dry and lingers but very true to style. Could enjoy this on a warm day relaxing by a pool.

Bottled 750ml. -at Gas Station Bar, Ljubljana. Light hazy golden coloured, small white head, mild fruity nose. Sweet malty, light yeasty and decent fruity with mild spicy notes. Pretty dry citrusy hoppy finish. Nothing more nothing less than interesting beer.

Draft at crunchys. Nit my favorite taste as far as beer goes but a solid effort for the style. Nice refreshing quick finish. Decent mouth feel.
